Wholesome Vegemite
Servings: Approx. 3/4 Cup
General
– ½ cup black tahini
– 4 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
– 3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (or brewer’s yeast but not GF)
– 2 tbsp maple syrup or barley malt (the latter is not GF)
– 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar (add slowly to taste)
Method
Wholesome Vegemite
Place all ingredients in a small blender (or use a stick or immersion blender) and whiz until smooth.Taste and adjust to your liking.
Serve on Rosemary + Olive Seed Bread with Avocado, Shaved Red Cabbage and Rocket.
